Kalu Rogenes is the Director of Community Healthcare Operations and Emergency Services at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital. With 30 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services, Kalu has dedicated her career to rural healthcare, EMS operations, and community-focused patient care initiatives. She is passionate about leadership development, operational excellence, and strengthening collaboration across healthcare services. Outside of her professional role, Kalu is the proud mother of 2 daughters, including a special needs daughter and a daughter who serves as a forensic crime scene investigator with the Alaska Bureau of Investigation. On her downtime, Kalu enjoys spending time on Fort Peck Lake and exploring Alaska with her daughter.
